Our years of experience allows us to produce the finest molded expandable polystyrene products. While most people think of EPS Foam for protective packaging, there are many applications for this versatile material.
EPS Foam is a superior thermal insulator…..so if you need to keep the cold out….or in, we can engineer a solution! From foam cooler applications, bait and grape boxes, specialty steak containers all the way to condensation-arresting water chest liners, EPS insulation provides short term and long range thermal solutions. EPS’s light weight makes it a perfect material to satisfy the need for weight-critical parts while still maintaining structural integrity. We have molded components that range from a highly-sensitive anamometer propeller to a full-sized bathtub!
If your product needs to float….EPS is for you! We have produced many types of floats and buoys over the years. From Water cooler shut off valve floats to Maritime Navigation and Homeland Security, our buoys have been on waterways around the world.
The same detail that makes EPS Foam a great packaging material also makes it a great choice for Point of Purchase Displays. Lifelike wood, stone, rock, or metal details at a fraction of the cost and weight make EPS displays a favoirite of both advertisers and merchants.
